Tours
Parent Tour: To begin your enrollment process, schedule a tour of Salado Montessori. This is a time for Parents/Guardians to see the facilities, ask questions, and discuss enrollment options. Parent tours are available after 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Please call the office, 254-947-4005, to schedule yours.
Child Tour: The child tour is an opportunity for your child to see the classroom. Our Lead Guide will assess your child's readiness to join our community by observing your child interact with their future peers.
After your tours, you will be invited to fill out an Enrollment Application. The Enrollment Application may be downloaded on our Admissions page or picked up in person during your visit. Please submit one form per child and include the non-refundable $100 application fee with each form. If we are at full capacity (22 students), your child will be placed on the wait list.
The parent and child tours, enrollment application, and $100 application fee secure your child's enrollment or place on the wait list.

Admission Packet
Once your enrollment application has been received and your child has been accepted, you will be invited to complete the admission packet. This packet, and any additional documents needed, must be submitted to the office before your child can attend.

Initial Parent Teacher Conference
Parents will meet privately with our Lead Guide for more information about classroom procedures, expectations, and objectives. The initial conference is scheduled in August before the start of the school year or the week before your child’s start date.

Meet the Teacher One-on-One
This is a one-on-one time for the student and the Lead Guide. The Lead Guide will show your child around the classroom and give a few lessons to help familiarize your child with a few of the materials. Giving these lessons before school begins helps prepare your child for their first day. Meet the Teacher one-on-ones are scheduled in August before the start of the school year or the week before your child’s start date.
